The base pay range for this position is $39.00/hr - $57.00/hr
.
Please Note: This role is considered a "split" position aimed at supporting two part-time caseloads at our Snellville and Suwanee locations.
Benefits- Total Compensation:
Ranging from $39-$57/hour, our package encompasses both an hourly base (tiered according to experience and competency). - Clinician-Designed Bonus:

- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments.
- Provide individualized therapy sessions with a personal touch.
- Offer guidance, training, and support to staff and parents on occupational therapy matters.
- Contribute to the development of Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate effectively with diverse teams to ensure consistent interventions.
- Provide mentorship and supervision to occupational therapy students.
- Facilitate client interaction, family guidance, and intervention planning as part of caseload management.
- Orientation to organizational culture, values, policies, administrative tasks, and mission.
- Learn and grow within the culture with wraparound support as you join the team.
- Training sessions on tools, software, and evidence-based practices.
- Case reviews with clinical coaching for current clients and interventions.
- Team integration with interdisciplinary colleagues.
- Shadowing and observation of client sessions with mentor Occupational Therapists.
- Initial feedback sessions with supervisors on integration and performance.
- Resource familiarization with materials, research, and in-house tools.
- Center culture: warm, collaborative, mission-driven environment; client-centered care.
- Client interaction: manage caseloads, assessments, family guidance, and intervention plans.
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current licensed Occupational Therapist and registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association and licensed in applicable state
