Dishwasher/Utility – Nothing Bundt Cakes – Snellville, GA

We’re hiring immediately for a Dishwasher/Utility Team Member at our Snellville, GA bakery. Ideal candidates have daytime availability Monday through Friday from 10 am–6 pm.

Base Pay
: $13.00/hr – $14.00/hr

• Wash dishes from the baking and frosting department.
• Clean the bakery area, including floors, walls, bathrooms, shelves, and other fixtures.
• Assist with folding boxes, labeling containers, and supporting other departments during downtime.
• Adhere to all Nothing Bundt Cakes policies, upholding our image and brand.
• Manually wash, rinse, and sanitize all baking pans, dishes, utensils, and tools.
• Monitor sanitization levels and maintain compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Remove garbage, sweep, mop floors, and clean floor drains.
• Perform routine cleaning of windows, shelves, counters, refrigerator, cooler, and bathroom.
• Sanitize and restock the workstation, ensuring cleaning supplies are prepared for the next shift.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Assist in unloading, processing, and storing weekly supply deliveries.
• Support other team members in cleaning and organizing workstations as needed.
• Comply with all health and safety guidelines, NBC policies, and dress code.
• Maintain a consistent record of attendance and punctuality.

• Must be 18 or older.
• Previous restaurant or food‑service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
• Attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong sense of urgency and commitment to NBC brand standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
