Base Pay Range

$15.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Hourly Wage: $15.00 - $28.00 per hour.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Food and Consumable associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.
