Outside Sales - Luxury Residential Technology

We’re looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue in the luxury residential technology space. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with ultra‑high net worth individuals (UHNWI) and key decision‑makers in the construction and built environment.

Description

This position requires a proven track record in outside sales, with a focus on high‑value residential technology solutions. Key responsibilities include creating new business opportunities, sustaining a pipeline, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies targeting UHNWI and architectural partners.
  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
  • Curate a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities and forecast sales accurately.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to craft proposals that align with client needs.
  • Maintain accurate account data and activity logs in the CRM.
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales quota goals and participate in bonus planning.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience with UHNWI in the built environment.
  • Deep knowledge of high‑end home cinema, audio, lighting, and control systems (e.g., Crestron, Savant, Control4).
  • Strong networking skills to engage architects, GCs, interior designers, and owner‑rep partners.
  • Proven ability to close multi‑million opportunity deals and exceed yearly quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Location
  • Snellville, GA – 2245 Wisteria Drive Ste 215, Snellville, GA 30078
  • In‑person/hybrid; residency in the local area required for client networking.
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $60,000 – $160,000 per year (dependent on experience).
  • Commission: 5% of gross sales.
  • Year‑1 OTE: $97,500 at $750k sales.
  • Year‑2 OTE: $135,000 at $1.5M sales.
  • Year‑3 OTE: $160,000 at $2M sales.
  • Bonus available for exceeding quota.

Schedule
  • Full‑time (40 hrs/wk), Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Your Ideal Knowledge/Experience (a plus)
  • Specific expertise in audio & video, networking, high‑end lighting, and control systems.
  • Experience selling to the built environment: kitchens, pools, wine rooms, landscape, and architectural finishes.
  • Background with residential or commercial integration firms preferred; owners‑rep or high‑end brand sales acceptable.
  • Understanding of Premium brand distribution and business development for trades.
