New Car Sales Consultant at Stone Mountain Volkswagen

We are looking for self‑motivated individuals with strong people skills to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

• Build and maintain customer relationships to generate new car sales.
• Present vehicle features, warranties, and finance options to customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
• Follow the dealership’s customer service & sales process.
• Participate in ongoing training and stay current on product knowledge.

• Passionate about cars and providing excellent customer service.
• Strong work ethic, self‑starter, and goal driven.
• High energy, flexible, and adaptive to changing situations.
• Prior sales experience in hospitality, retail, or similar acceptable.
• Prior military service is a plus (Veteran owned).
• Can pass background, MVR, and drug screening.

• Base salary $60,000 - $120,000 per year plus commissions (paid weekly) and monthly bonuses.
• Guaranteed training pay during the initial period.

• Full‑time, 8‑hour shift, 5 days a week (Closed most Sundays).

  Company paid training, guaranteed base pay during training period.
