We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading vehicle rental fleet company, for the position of Vehicle Technician / LCV Vehicle Technician in Snodland, Kent. This role offers a unique opportunity for skilled motor trade professionals seeking to specialise in fleet maintenance and electric vehicle repair within a well-established organisation.

- Conduct maintenance, servicing, and warranty repairs on a fleet of approximately 900 vehicles, including cars and light commercial vehicles (LCVs)
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment
- Carry out repairs, part replacements, and preventative maintenance to meet manufacturer standards
- Prepare vehicles for MOT testing, ensuring compliance with safety and roadworthiness standards
- Ensure vehicles are returned to customers promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Prioritise workload effectively, working within standard job times and company policies
- Level 3 NVQ or City and Guilds qualification in Motor Vehicle Engineering
- Proven workshop experience as a Vehicle Technician or commercial vehicle mechanic
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work efficiently within a team
- Pride in delivering high-quality work adhering to compliance standards
- Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing workload demands
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive, can-do attitude and excellent customer focus
