EMEA Project Manager

EMEA Project Manager (Operations & Programmes) London (2 days per week in office) | £275-325pd inside IR35 | 12 month contract | Start ASAP We're partnering with a globally recognised consumer technology business to recruit a Project Manager to support a fast-growing EMEA team responsible for expanding a world-class marketplace across Europe. Working across the EMEA region, you'll partner with commercial, partnerships and acquisition teams to coordinate strategic programmes, improve operational processes and ensure the successful delivery of business-critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate multiple work streams across EMEA, ensuring projects are delivered on time. Manage project plans, timelines, risks and stakeholder communications. Partner with cross-functional teams including commercial, partnerships and operations. Facilitate meetings, track actions and ensure accountability across teams. Produce clear project documentation, status updates and presentation materials. Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency. Conduct research and light analysis to support decision-making and programme delivery.

Act as the central point of coordination across complex, fast-moving initiatives.

About You:

We're looking for an organised, proactive project professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience supporting consumer-facing brands, partnership programmes, brand marketing or influencer campaigns would also be highly desirable. Experience in Project Management, Operations, Consulting or Business Planning. Strong experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders. Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. The ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs.

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, self-starting approach with the confidence to drive projects forward.
