Contracts Supervisor

Overview

Are you an experienced Civils and Contracts Supervisor ready to lead from the front? We’re looking for a proactive, safety-first professional to oversee civil engineering projects and resurfacing projects contract delivery — ensuring every job runs smoothly, safely, and profitably.

You’ll manage site teams, subcontractors, and resources to deliver high-quality infrastructure works. From planning and supervision to client liaison and cost control, you’ll be the driving force behind operational success and contract compliance.

• Lead site operations with a focus on
  HSQE compliance
• Supervise civils works to spec and industry standards
• Manage contract delivery, cost/value reporting, and testing
• Allocate resources efficiently and reduce delays
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and local authorities
• Oversee team performance, training, and development
• Drive continuous improvement and reduce waste/remedials

• Proven experience in
  Highways Surfacing
  ,
  civils supervision and contract management
• Strong knowledge of contracting methods and site operations
• Confident communicator and team leader
• Problem-solver with a drive for improvement
• IT Data Management (highly desirable)
• Pavers Machine Control experience (highly desirable)

The role is based from our Tarmac Snodland Office, Kent and covers the region of programmed works within the South East area.
