We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company in Snodland that's looking to expand its production team.

This is a varied, hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys practical work and keeping busy. If you're confident using hand tools, enjoy DIY projects, assembling products, or working with your hands, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Moving materials and finished products around the factory
Wrapping, packing, and preparing products for dispatch
Reading measurements and accurately using a tape measure
Completing basic assembly and production tasks
Supporting day-to-day warehouse and factory operations
Working as part of a team to meet production targets

What We're Looking For

A positive, reliable, and hard-working attitude
Ability to work well within a team environment
Comfortable carrying out physical and practical tasks
Good attention to detail

Experience with hand tools, assembly work, manufacturing, or DIY skills would be advantageous
