Were currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative at our asphalt plant in Snodland, Kent.This is a hands-on role where youll be involved in the day-to-day running of the site, including mixing asphalt using advanced computer systems, operating the weighbridge, driving mobile plant, and supporting various site operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.

What Youll Be Doing:

Reporting to the Section Manager, youll play a key role in helping the team meet production targets and maintain high standards across the site. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality materials and timely deliveries to customers
• Supporting production goals and ensuring stock levels are maintained
• Operating mobile plant and machinery safely and efficiently
• Conducting inspections and taking action on any defects
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards across the site
