This opportunity requires Full-Time Equivalent Availability of 5 full days per week, Monday–Saturday and is therefore not suitable for candidates currently in education or only seeking part-time opportunities. Based in Portsmouth, our client is an established Sales, Customer Service and Marketing company representing recognised brands through face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns. Due to continued expansion, they are looking for motivated individuals to join their event-based sales team.

No previous experience is required, with client training provided from the start alongside regular upskilling opportunities and ongoing support. What They're Looking For Communication:

Experience with in retail, hospitality, sales or other customer-facing environments is transferable. Mindset:

Full-Time Equivalent Availability of 5 full days per week, Monday–Saturday.

Location:

Able to commute to the Portsmouth hub when required. Progression, Upskilling & Earnings Monthly Sales Masterclasses:

Activities:

Regular social events, UK road trips and networking opportunities throughout the year. What You'll Be Doing Represent recognised brands across event-based environments. Engage with customers face-to-face and create positive first impressions. Explain client products or services clearly and professionally. Support new customer acquisition and guide customers through the sign-up process. Work towards individual and team performance goals while representing client campaigns professionally.

As you will be working with members of the public, you may be required to complete a background check. ?

No experience is required as comprehensive training and development programmes are provided from day one. With access to fantastic support and mentoring networks from seasoned professionals, you'll have the tools and resources to excel in this dynamic and exciting commission-based, subcontracted, face-to-face sales and customer service role. This opportunity is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University) or current international students due to the full-time equivalent availability required (5 full days a week)
