  Approximately 15 patients per shift.
• Call Response Time:
  Within 30 minutes.
• Hospital Privileges:
  Required (Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days).
• EMR System:
  Epic.

• Board Certification:
  Board-eligible in Hematology/Oncology.
• Licensure:
  Active Washington State medical license.
• Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, BLS (ATLS and PALS not required).
• Fellowship:
  Preferred but not mandatory.

• Support Staff:
  No supervision of advanced practice providers or residents required.
