Job Summary: This is a 1.0 FTE non-continuing leave replacement position through the end of the school year for a Sixth-Grade Teacher. Under the direction of the principal,the elementary teacher is responsible for fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for students in our elementary schools. This position may include, but not be limited to, the following performance responsibilities, qualifications, knowledge, skills, and abilities which aligns with the Charlotte Danielson Framework for Teaching.

Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job description. This is non-continuing contract.
Salary Range: $78,390 - $155,675 per the  Snohomish Education Association Total Compensation Salary Schedule. Placement on the salary schedule is determined by official documentation verifying educational level and work experience. Annualized salary listed. Salary will be prorated for less than a full-year employee.
Dates Needed: October 12, 2026 - June 14, 2027 Endorsement

Required:

Elementary Education

  • Valid State of Washington teaching certificate with appropriate endorsement.
  • Possess and maintain a valid First Aid and CPR certification for duration of employment with the District when required for position by Board Policy.

Applicants are responsible for determining that they have the appropriate endorsement and current Washington State certification for the position.
