• Provide ABA therapy to children with autism at our Snohomish Treatment Center.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train behavior technicians (BTs).
• Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

• Hold a current license from WA State as an LaBA.
• Strong work ethic with patience and resilience.
• Passionate about helping children.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Reliable transportation.

• Current license as an LaBA in WA.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, ABA therapy, autism, education, precision teaching, clinical direction, and management of others.
• Certification as BCaBA.
