• Provide ABA Therapy to children with autism in our Snohomish Treatment Center.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs).
• Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

• Holds a current license from WA State as an LBA.
• Certified as a BCBA.
• Strong work ethic with patience and resilience.
• Passionate about helping children.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Reliable transportation.

• A current license as an LBA in WA.
• A current certification as a BCBA.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Experience in the fields of Applied Behavior Analysis, ABA Therapy, Autism, Education, Precision Teaching, Clinical Direction, Management of others.
