Whittlesey Agency LLC is looking for a driven and personable Insurance Sales Producer to join our team in Snohomish, WA. • Prospect and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Consult with clients to assess coverage needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Prepare and present insurance quotes for personal, commercial, or life and health lines
• Build and maintain a strong book of business through ongoing client relationship management
• Follow up on leads, renewals, and policy changes to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales production goals

• Active Washington State Property & Casualty or Life & Health insurance license (or ability to obtain)
• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related financial services field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse client base
