As a Welder on our growing Production Line, you will safely and efficiently weld, cut, and brazing metal pieces and products using flame‑cutting and hand welding equipment on dump trucks, trailers, and parts. If you are bright, highly motivated, and a team player we encourage you to apply!
Duties/Responsibilities- Plans details of work order procedures; gathers required tools and materials based on instructions and specifications.
- Operate manual and automated welding units and equipment utilizing wire feed welding techniques.
- Repairs and fabricates various items and equipment using blueprints, measuring devices, cutting, burning, and welding techniques and equipment.
- Monitors the welding, burning, and fitting process to ensure parts are not overheated or damaged by warping, distortion, expansion, or shrinkage.
- Prepares, assembles, and tacks weld parts and surfaces to be welded.
- Maintains, organizes, and cleans equipment and the work area.
- Notifies supervisor when faulty equipment or defective materials are discovered.
- Conducts quality control evaluations of completed welds.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Thorough understanding of machines and tools used in welding including designs, uses, maintenance and repair.
- Basic understanding of design techniques, principles, and tools necessary for precise production of technical plans, drawings, models and blueprints.
- Excellent ability to read and listen to assignments given in a variety of forms.
- Basic understanding of mathematics as related to welding assignments.
- Completion of a formal apprenticeship, welding program, or successfully completed an in‑company, three‑year training program. High School Graduate (preferred).
- 1‑4 years of experience with wire feed welding – Steel & Aluminum experience.
- 1‑3 years of fabrication with welding & layout experience.
- 1‑3 years of mechanical experience with hydraulics (preferred).
- Must be able to weld components that are vertical, flat, or overhead.
- Must have sufficient manual dexterity and stability for precision work.
- Must be able to see details at close range.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Must be able to traverse facilities and machinery by bending, twisting, kneeling, crouching, stooping, crawling, climbing, balancing, lifting, carrying materials and standing for long periods of time.
- Must be comfortable intermittently working at heights of 8 feet.
- Requires working in cramped work spaces and awkward positions.
- Requires wearing specialized protective or safety equipment.
- Wage Expectations: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour.

This is a non‑exempt, hourly position and employees are paid on a bi‑weekly basis. - Typical Schedule:
Four (4) Ten (10) hour days M‑F; overtime may be available on your 5th day of the week and/or Saturdays. - Location:
On Site – 20812 Broadway Ave;
Snohomish, WA 98296. - Travel:
Very minimal to none.
