Base pay: $21.75/hr – $24.30/hr.

We’re looking for a Shift Manager to lead teams, maintain service standards, and ensure a safe and profitable environment. The Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service and cleanliness for customers.

• Ensure food safety and daily maintenance.
• Internal communication and inventory management.
• Lead quality food production and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain safety and security protocols.
• Schedule and train crew.
• Monitor performance, safety, security, and profitability during shifts.
• Support other departments in meeting goals.

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Age 18 or older (required for manager).
• Passability through background checks and eligibility for company benefits.
