Our team is made up of IICRC-certified technicians and dedicated professionals who deliver rapid response, exceptional customer service, and full transparency through every restoration project. We work directly with insurance providers, ensuring our customers have peace of mind when they need it most.

• Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments (qualified leads are provided for you so no cold calling is needed)
• Evaluate job scope using moisture meters and other technology
• Provide solutions to homeowners in their time of need by quickly building trust and showing empathy
• Get work authorization signed while onsite by providing honest consultations and following our steps
• Communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers
• Process all documentation and ensure it is completed promptly
• Communicate with Insurance Companies as needed
• Must have strong communication skills

• Computer skills are required with the ability to learn new systems
• Basic Math
• 3+ years of outside sales experience
• Valid driver’s license and successful clearance of a background/drug test
• Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software
• Must be able to work overtime as needed, some holidays, and weather-related surge events
