We are looking for a natural relationship-builder who thrives on helping people, solving problems, and closing deals. Got Rot? is a rapidly growing dry rot, siding, and deck repair company. We have a Sales Representative position open and are seeking someone who is motivated, persuasive, and excited to be the face of a trusted local brand.

What You’ll Do:- Engage homeowners through referrals, inquiries, or proactive outreach (calls, emails, or site visits)
- Conduct on-site consultations to diagnose issues, educate homeowners, and propose custom solutions
- Provide accurate, professional proposals
- Manage and nurture your pipeline using our CRM and sales tools
- Follow up persistently and close deals with confidence
- Collaborate with our project and admin teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and happy customers
- Represent Got Rot? with honesty, integrity, and professionalism at all times
- Have prior experience in sales, home services, or construction (preferred but not required)
- Communicate clearly and confidently both in person and in writing
- Are self-driven, hungry to learn, and eager to succeed
- Are comfortable with in-person consultations and occasional crawlspace inspections (yes, we’re rot pros!)
- Have basic tech skills (CRM, email, Google Docs, etc.)
- Own a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Base salary + uncapped commission
