• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks for residential and commercial clients.
• Communicate clearly with clients—setting expectations and explaining work performed.
• Complete daily job logs with hours and materials used.
• Handle a variety of projects, including:
  • Drywall patching & painting
  • Plumbing repairs (toilets, faucets, hot water tanks, etc.)
  • Electrical fixture replacements
  • Roofing touch‑ups & fence repairs
• Appliance servicing (dishwashers, disposals, refrigerators, washers, etc.)
• Provide accurate quotes for additional work during service calls.
• Keep your company vehicle organized, clean, and fully stocked.
• Represent Trade Mark with professionalism, integrity, and a customer‑first attitude.

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in property maintenance, handyman services, or general construction.
• Strong multi‑trade knowledge: carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical, and finish work.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and time‑management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Personal hand tools required.
• Must pass a background check and comply with our drug‑free workplace policy.

• $34+/hour (DOE) with steady, year‑round work
