Trade Mark Residential & Commercial Services LLC is seeking an Apprentice Maintenance Technician to support our growing team. This role is perfect for someone early in their maintenance career who is eager to learn, grow, and develop their skills under the guidance of experienced professionals. From basic repairs to assisting with more complex tasks, you'll gain hands‑on experience in a variety of trades while delivering quality service to both residential and commercial clients.

• Assist senior technicians with general maintenance and repair tasks across residential and commercial properties.
• Support in completing service requests including drywall patching, painting, light carpentry, and minor plumbing or electrical work.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools and company vehicles.
• Document completed tasks and materials used during service calls.
• Provide excellent customer service by being professional, respectful, and reliable on every job site.
• Learn company standards and safety protocols to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.

• 1+ year of hands‑on maintenance or handyman experience.
• Eagerness to learn new skills across multiple trades.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
• Bi‑weekly pay cycle.

• Monday‑Friday, full‑time.

• Field‑based role – primary service area includes residential and commercial clients throughout Snohomish, WA and the surrounding region.
