Roof Repair Technician

We’re looking for a skilled Repair Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with a variety of roofing materials and systems, strong carpentry skills, and the ability to diagnose and complete roof repairs efficiently and safely. This position plays a key role in maintaining the reputation of our company through quality workmanship and professional customer interactions.

• Perform residential and light commercial roof repairs, including leak detection and troubleshooting.
• Work confidently with a variety of roofing materials and systems, including composition shingles, metal, flat/low-slope, and specialty applications.
• Complete small‑scale carpentry repairs (fascia, soffits, decking, flashing, trim, etc.) as needed to support roofing projects.
• Conduct thorough inspections and communicate findings to project managers and clients.
• Ensure all work meets company standards, safety protocols, and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site and company vehicle.
• Represent Four Seasons Roofing & Remodel Services with professionalism, integrity, and a customer‑first attitude.
