Class A Dump Truck Driver

Girard Resources & Recycling, LLC, is currently accepting applications for a Class A CDL dump truck & trailer driver at our Snohomish location. We are busy all year round, and the position available is for a full-time 40-60hrs a week year round employment. All applicants will have to pass a test drive and be required to participate in a DOT pre-employment drug test.

PAY KEY TO KEY! THERE IS ZERO NON PRODUCTIVE TIME! New Hire Bonus of $4,000 paid after 90 days of incident free employment, paid in 3 increments at 4,5,and 6 months of employment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate safely and efficiently a variety of trucks including transfer trailers, side dumps, and truck & trailers.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and fill out log before operating vehicle.

Required Skills:

• Must be able to perform physical tasks such as tarping loads, climbing in and on trucks.
• Must keep an organized and professional appearance at all times.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are essential. Be self-motivated and reliable to meet performance standards.

Needs to have at least 3yrs of Commercial Driving

Experience with a clean driving record
