Overview
Join our dynamic beverage team as a Bartender and become the heart of our guests' mountain experience! You'll craft exceptional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while creating memorable moments that keep guests coming back season after season.
Come work and play at Seattle's home mountain, the Summit ated an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is a lot to do all year long.
Responsibilities- Hospitality Excellence
- Create welcoming experiences for every guest while processing payments and verifying identification requirements
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address concerns, including responsible alcohol service practices such as offering alternatives to intoxicated patrons and arranging safe transportation when necessary
- Beverage Mastery
- Craft signature cocktails, serve premium wines, and pour perfect drafts while maintaining expert knowledge of our complete beverage menu
- Execute efficient order fulfillment from both service staff and direct guest requests
Prepare fresh garnishes and create visually appealing drink presentations that enhance the guest experience
- Operational Leadership
- Maintain immaculate bar environments and organize liquor storage using FIFO inventory management
- Monitor and stock all beverage supplies including glassware, garnishes, and bar essentials
- Ensure optimal equipment performance by conducting regular temperature checks and maintenance protocols
- Coordinate bar operations during peak periods while managing multiple priorities seamlessly
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for creating exceptional guest experiences through attentive, friendly, and hospitality-focused interactions
- Excel at active listening and problem-solving to address both team member and guest needs effectively
- Proven ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining quality standards in fast-paced environments
- Outstanding communication skills and natural hospitality instincts
- Must possess valid Food Worker Card

Wage and Benefit Info:
The wage for this positions is: $21.00 to $23.50/hr + Tips
This is a non-benefited role.
All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff).
All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
All Team Members may participate in our Ally Heath benefit. It gives fast and easy access to Telemedicine and Mental Health appointments. It covers all family members and there are no copays or deductibles. It is a $4 deduction each week.
