Arcis Golf – The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge, Snoqualmie, WA

• Support the execution of pool/swim programs specific to the Club at Snoqualmie Ridge.
• Teach group classes to members.
• Perform one‑on‑one private sessions.
• Develop swim program designs for guests to continue their swim routines.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of equipment and facility.
• Ensure a pleasant visit for each guest and maintain effective guest relations.
• Perform special projects delegated by management.
• Stay updated on latest developments pertinent to the department and location.

• American Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR/AED certification.
• Current required local and/or state professional certification and/or license; high school diploma, GED, or ability to obtain a work permit.
• Proven instructor skills and demonstrated outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to learn and perform new fitness programs; excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, drive and motivation.
• Flexibility with schedule, with evenings and weekend work required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of the organization.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form; ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Regularly required to exercise, move, jump, stand, use hands and fingers to handle or feel; frequently required to reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; occasionally required to sit, walk, climb, or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Vision: close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust focus.

Wages: $19 base pay + commissions for private swim lessons

Pay range: $17.13 – $30.00
