Overview

The Sand Truck Driver is responsible for distributing sand in and around parking areas and roadways. This position requires the successful applicant to work 6:00am to 2:30pm. Ideal candidates are detail oriented, hardworking, and motivated professionals with strong contribution ethic.

Come work and play at Seattle’s home mountain, the Summit ated an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is a lot to do all year long.

Responsibilities

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Loads and spreads sand in and around parking areas and roadways
  • Fulfill all hauling needs
  • Report any equipment damage to supervisor
  • Operates all equipment with precision
  • Understands and follows all safety guidelines
Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Willing to work afternoon shift
  • Able to work around and in heavy equipment
  • Must work holiday and weekends as required
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors in an alpine, winter environment
  • Minimum of a Class B CDL required

Wage and Benefit Info:

The wage range for this positions is: from $23.50 to $25.00 DOE

This is a non-benefited role.

All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff).

All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
