Salary: $75,000 - $130,000 per year
We are a heavy civil general contractor in Arizona, Utah, and Colorado, seeking a candidate with asphalt expertise to join our team in Arizona.

Are you a dynamic, detail‑oriented individual with a passion for construction and project management? We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Asphalt Project Engineer or Project Manager to oversee and manage a variety of asphalt projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all aspects of asphalt construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Manage and negotiate change orders, ensuring all changes are documented and approved.
- Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring expenses to stay within budget.
- Supervise subcontractor activities, ensuring their work aligns with project goals and standards.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols on all project sites.
- Regularly report on project status, including progress, risks, and issues, to senior management.
- Minimum 2–7 years of experience in the construction industry, with experience in asphalt paving.
- Solid knowledge of heavy civil construction processes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Commitment to safety and quality.
