BI Engineer

The successful BI Engineer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our business intelligence systems and solutions.

As a BI Engineer, you will design, develop and implement business requirements into actionable insights that will serve multiple organizational stakeholders. This position offers an opportunity to build insightful data solutions in a rich data environment over modern big data technologies.

• Transform business requirements into BI solutions by collaborating with Product managers, data scientists, business analysts, senior managers, and other organizational stakeholders.
• Design and build scalable, end-to-end data pipelines and enrichment processes.
• Architect, implement and optimize data warehouses and data marts to support business analytics and reporting needs.
• Become a focal point for all data-related matters in the organization.
• Monitor and tune BI systems for optimal performance and scalability.
• Support and train end-users to maximize the effectiveness of BI solutions.

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a BI Engineer or data engineer with a strong focus on building complex data pipelines.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Advanced proficiency with Looker.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing methodologies and best practices.
• Deep experience using DBT to manage data transformations in ELT workflows.
• Proficiency with Snowflake or other modern analytical databases.
• Strong experience in data modeling to support analytical use cases.
• Experience using Git Hub for version control and deployment workflows.
• Great analysis abilities, energetic and fast learning with "make it happen" approach.
• Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively, thriving in high-pressure environments.
