Overview
As Padran Information Technologies, we are looking for teammates who are focused on growth and success! In this position, you will work for our clients that we provide consultancy and you will take part in projects in Turkey's leading companies.
Responsibilities- Design, implement, and optimize data architecture solutions on Microsoft Fabric
- Develop and manage Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Lakehouse environments
- Integrate solutions using Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, Power BI, and related tools
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all systems
- Contribute to solution architecture and design reviews
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior data engineers and analysts
- Drive innovation in data management, automation, and analytics processes
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture or Data Engineering roles
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure data services (Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of data modeling (Star/Snowflake), ETL processes, DAX, SQL, and Python
- Knowledge of Data Governance, Metadata Management, and security best practices
- Proven track record in large‑scale, distributed data systems
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Advanced level of English proficiency (written and verbal)
