Overview
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Architect with specialization in Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI), who can also lead cross-functional e-commerce programs spanning frontend, backend, and integration layers. This role is pivotal in designing intelligent, future-ready ecosystems that transform how our clients engage with their customers and scale their businesses.

• Define and evolve enterprise-grade e-commerce architectures across omni-channel platforms.
• Build data-driven ecosystems that integrate commerce, customer, and operational data for actionable insights.
• Architect and oversee AI/ML integrations for personalization, recommendations, fraud detection, search, chatbots, and demand forecasting.
• Lead cross-functional solution delivery spanning frontend (React, Vue, Angular, headless storefronts), backend (APIs, OMS, ERP), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Partner with client stakeholders across product, marketing, engineering, and analytics to ensure unified execution.
• Drive modernization initiatives such as composable commerce, headless architectures, and AI-first solutions.
• Mentor teams and foster best practices for scalability, data-driven design, and innovation.
• Data & AI Specialization
  • Architect data pipelines and platforms integrating commerce systems, CDPs, CRMs, ERPs, and analytics tools.
  • Leverage AI/ML models (recommendation engines, NLP, predictive analytics, computer vision) to enhance customer engagement and efficiency.
  • Implement frameworks such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), agentic AI, and LLM-powered solutions for next-gen commerce.
  • Enable real-time personalization and analytics for dynamic pricing, promotions, and customer journeys.
  • Establish strong data governance, quality, and privacy practices across platforms.

• 10+ years in e-commerce and digital architecture, including 5+ years in data engineering, AI/ML, or advanced analytics roles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects across frontend, backend, and data domains in consulting or enterprise environments.
• Hands-on expertise with commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, SAP Commerce, Shopify Plus, commerce tools).
• Experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Big Query, Kafka, Spark, Airflow).
• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Lang Chain) and cloud AI services (AWS Sage Maker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI).
• Strong knowledge of frontend/backend technologies, APIs, and headless architectures.
• Cloud expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP), Dev Ops practices, and CI/CD automation.
• Excellent consulting, communication, and leadership skills.

• Experience in Retail, E-Commerce, or CPG digital transformations.
• Exposure to AI-powered personalization and intelligent search at scale.
• Certifications in cloud, data engineering, or AI/ML specialties.
