Job Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated individual to join our team as a Head High School Baseball + Asst. Football Coach + Math or Science Teacher.
Pay and BenefitsThe base pay range for this position is $44,000.00/yr - $72,000.00/yr, with additional earning possibilities through stipends and incentives.
- Competitive Pay + Work-Life Balance
- Hybrid Calendar - providing 11 additional paid days to 10-month employees over a traditional school calendar; 12-month employees get Fridays off in the summer
- Up to $7,000 Special Education Stipend
- Additional Earning Possibilities:
Academic, leadership, performing arts, special education, sponsor, UIL, and athletic stipends.
The district also offers a range of benefits, including:
- $5,100 annually paid toward medical policy
- Retention Incentive:
All full-time staff are eligible for an additional 401(a) contribution for each 5 years of service: $500 at 5 years, up to $3,000 at 30 years. - 401 (a) retirement contribution matching: 100% match up to 5% of your salary, vested after 5 years.
- $50,000 life insurance policy
