MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducationAssociates degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited school.
ExperienceOne (1) or more years of previous experience working with a variety of patients of all ages is preferred; previous experience with a variety of physical disabilities preferred.
Knowledge,Skills and Abilities
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; strong reasoning/critical thinking skills; excellent time management, collaboration, prioritization and problem-solving skills; proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
Licensure/CertificationLicensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the State of Texas with renewal as required by law. Must have BLS.
OTHERS Personality / Interpersonal SkillsAppreciation of and the desire to be part of a health care team dedicated to providing patients optimal care.
