The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicating proactively with your District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Performing store measurements and cycle counts.
• Completing the Tractor Way top cap process and hanging signage.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and recovering displays.
• Delivering legendary customer service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask for value addition.
• Ensuring a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Providing peak coverage during special periods (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential regardless of education level.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

• Primarily indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor work on lots and store areas.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours; travel between store locations using personal vehicle is required.
• Adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.

• Travel as needed; ability to push/pull up to 2,000 lbs with equipment.
• Occasional overhead lifting; frequent standing, kneeling, twisting, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Access all store areas safely; operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Handle poultry and other animals safely.
• Complete training; lift/move merchandise up to 50 lbs; operate vehicles and equipment.
• This role is physically active and non-sedentary.
