Presbyterian is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Home Health & Hospice Department in Socorro, New Mexico. The role involves assisting patients with daily activities, ensuring comfort, and supporting the medical team in delivering high‑quality care.

• Assist patients with daily activities.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Support the medical team in providing care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC electronic charting system.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Certified Nurse Aide‑NM.
• BLS Certification required at hire.
• 1 year of direct patient care in any clinical setting or in‑home health/hospice preferred.
• Good driving record; vehicle, driver’s license, and auto insurance required.
