Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

  • A valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License

Certifications Requirements:

  • SLP License (must-have)

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in speech therapy

Other Requirements:

  • No on-call or callback duties required
  • Ability to work days shift, scheduled 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Must have SLP license active and in good standing
  • Strong communication and patient care skills

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive speech therapy services in both outpatient and inpatient settings at Socorro Regional Hospital.
  • Conduct swallow studies and treatments, helping patients improve communication and swallowing functions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Document patient progress accurately in accordance with facility and licensing standards.
