Emergency Room Nurse

Job Title: RN ER

Location: Socorro, New Mexico, 87801

Shift: 12X3 - hours

Base pay range: $63.00/hr - $65.71/hr

• Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation).
• Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable care
  .
• Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and discharge planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed and per protocols.
• Document nursing care accurately in accordance with policy.
• Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and non-licensed assistive personnel.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and changes in patient condition.
• Complete all unit-specific competencies and protocol education.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, infection control, and quality standards.

• RN License
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ER settings preferred
