- Attend to individual resident needs such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating
- Take and record patient vital signs, lift, move, and transport residents using proper body mechanics
- Recognise and report changes in resident conditions to nurse manager and clarify situations
- Communicate and interact effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors
- Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff
- Assist the nurse with various duties as directed
- At least one year of experience as a CNA in a long‑term care setting is highly preferred
- Graduate of an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant program
- Current state certification as a CNA
- Knowledge of Matrix Care preferred
