• Attend to individual resident needs such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating
• Take and record patient vital signs, lift, move, and transport residents using proper body mechanics
• Recognise and report changes in resident conditions to nurse manager and clarify situations
• Communicate and interact effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff
• Assist the nurse with various duties as directed

• At least one year of experience as a CNA in a long‑term care setting is highly preferred
• Graduate of an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant program
• Current state certification as a CNA
• Knowledge of Matrix Care preferred
