The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you must be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. You should be able to fulfill the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Proactively communicate with your District FAST Supervisor about work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store-specific measurements and accurate cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value and show appreciation.

Ensure customers have a shopping experience that sets us apart from the competition. Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving). Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Experience:

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

• Generally indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor lots and store floors are hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between store locations in personal vehicle required, often for extended periods.
• Adhere to safety guidelines to promote a safe work environment.

• Travel as needed within district.
• Push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment and complete documentation accurately.
• Handle birds/poultry contact safely.
• Complete required training successfully.
• Operate equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, forklifts (if 18+), etc.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and move merchandise throughout the store.
• Move throughout the store for entire shifts; non-sedentary position.
