• Additional Compensation Includes Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
• Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

Home associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained in proper order throughout the day.
