LEHR is seeking individuals with wiring experience and a strong work ethic to join our team as a 12V Automotive Technician.

Responsibilities:

Remove factory-installed interior and exterior vehicle components
Install emergency vehicle equipment, including light bars, sirens, speakers, push bumpers, partitions, and more
Install cameras, computers, and license plate recognition systems
Perform 12V electrical wiring and system installations
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
Organize tools and inventory

Qualifications:

Proven 12V experience
Ability to read blueprints/schematics
Ability to work with hand and power tools such as screw drivers, wrenches, hand drills, etc.
Capability to bend, twist, reach, and lift to 50 lbs. without assistance
Aptitude in mechanical, electrical, and electronic components from various sources - a plus
Strong Work Ethic and attention to detail
Capacity to work independently and/or in a team environment
Strong Work Ethic
Valid Driver’s License
High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation and Benefits

$18+ per hour, depending on experience
Bonus potential after satisfactorily completing initial training period

Schedule:

Full Time-Hourly
Schedule is Monday-Thursday 6 am-430 pm (10hrs)
Some overtime is available
