Stichting Kwintes zoekt een stagiair woonbegeleider voor het Raadhuis, een monumentaal pand met een warme, creatieve sfeer. Je begeleidt en ondersteunt cliënten bij dagelijkse activiteiten en persoonlijke doelen, zowel individueel als in groepsverband.
Je werkt in een team met drie woongroepen, biedt ondersteuning bij ADL en voeding, en levert een bijdrage aan dagelijkse rapportages. Nachtdiensten zijn niet van toepassing; ochtend-, middag- en avonddiensten worden in overleg gepland.
