Eemkracht zoekt een gezinscoach en jeugdprofessional voor het Integraal Team Soest, met 28 tot 32 uur per week. Je werkt met gezinnen, ouders en professionals om vragen te begrijpen en oplossingen te ontwikkelen. Je waarborgt veiligheid en schakelt waar nodig specialistische hulp in.
Je ondersteunt jongeren richting stabiliteit op wonen, opleiding en werk. De functie vereist een HBO-opleiding in Social Work/ Pedagogiek/ SPH, SKJ-registratie en ten minste een jaar relevante ervaring op het gebied
