De Basis Soesterberg zoekt een stevige begeleider voor intensieve zorg en crisisopvang MVG. Je werkt 24-36 uur per week in een kortdurende setting van 3 tot 6 weken en biedt stabiliteit, structuur en nabijheid aan cliënten in crisis.
Je hebt een mbo-4-diploma Zorg & Welzijn, bent stressbestendig, empathisch en kunt onregelmatige diensten draaien. Je werkt samen met gedragsdeskundigen en het multidisciplinaire team voor een warme overdracht naar vervolgzorg.
