Sub-contracts Manager – Sohar, Oman

• Lead the development, negotiation, and management of subcontract agreements with vendors and third‑party service providers.
• Conduct due diligence on potential subcontractors, including financial stability, compliance, and performance history assessments.
• Ensure all subcontracting activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Monitor subcontractor performance through KPIs, delivery timelines, quality standards, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and operations teams to align subcontracting plans with project schedules and budgets.
• Manage contract variations, claims, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all subcontracting documentation, including contracts, change orders, and performance reports.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, and supplier consolidation.
• Facilitate regular performance reviews and feedback sessions with key subcontractors.
• Support audits and internal/external compliance checks related to subcontracting activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in subcontract management, procurement, or contract administration within industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record in managing high‑value subcontract agreements and vendor performance.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient contract lifecycle management, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with ERP systems and contract management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ariba).
• Knowledge of Indian contract law, GST regulations, and safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO).
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment with attention to detail.
