The Senior Accountant will play a key role in supporting the accounting function, contributing to month-end close activities, preparing financial statements, and assisting with various analytical and process improvement initiatives. This role requires strong general ledger experience, expertise in compiling accrual-based financial statements, and the ability to work effectively within a large ERP system. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

This is initially a 3-6 month assignment but could potentially lead to a permanent position.

• Assist in the production of financial statements for multiple entities
• Month-end close
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Journal entries including accruals, reversing entries, prepayments
• Intercompany transactions
• Assist in the consolidation of financial statements
• Process improvements
• Assist with budgets
• Variance and trend analysis
• Year-end audit
• Special projects

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Experience compiling accrual based financial statements
• Multi-entity experience a plus
• Experience working with a large ERP system; systems-savvy and adaptable
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and to hit deadlines
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate across departments
