You'll work with vendors, purchasing, laboratory operations, and finance to maintain clean records, resolve invoice discrepancies, and ensure payments are processed accurately.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle, from invoice intake through payment processing.
• Review invoices for accuracy, coding, approvals, and required backup.
• Perform three-way matching using purchase orders, invoices, and receiving records.
• Maintain vendor files and verify payment details according to internal controls.
• Prepare and process ACH, wire, and check payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research pricing or quantity discrepancies.
• Coordinate with purchasing and laboratory teams on purchase orders and missing receipts.
• Review employee reimbursements and corporate card transactions.
• Monitor AP aging and prioritize invoices according to payment terms.
• Assist with month-end accruals, account reconciliations, and close activities.
• Maintain organized records for audits and compliance reviews.
• Support 1099 preparation and other year-end accounting tasks.
• Identify opportunities to streamline invoice routing and payment workflows.
