You’ll receive paid training, support with state requirements

• Hands-on, paid training to get you started with confidence
• Guidance through California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
• Direct support from a care manager and team mentor
• Flexible schedules to help you build experience while balancing your life
• Work across San Diego County with a variety of shifts and client types
• Supportive team culture that values learning, growth, and compassion

• $17.50/hour starting rate for new caregivers
• $21‑$23/hour for on‑call/stand‑by shifts (with mileage reimbursement)
• Weekly pay via direct deposit
• Health, dental, life, and vision insurance (after 90 days – includes Kaiser, Blue Shield, and Mediexcel)
• Client matching and shadowing opportunities
• Ongoing training and development
• Mentorship and support as you gain confidence
• Referral bonuses when you bring friends to the team

• Willingness to register as a California Home Care Aide (HCA) – We’ll help you through the process
• Negative TB test within the past 2 years (or willingness to complete one)
• Basic English communication skills
• Ability to travel to client homes throughout San Diego County
• Comfort using a smartphone for basic communication and care documentation

Including but not limited to Alpine, Bonita, Carlsbad, Chula Vista, El Cajon, Encinitas, Escondido, Fallbrook, La Mesa, Oceanside, Poway, San Diego, San Marcos, Santee, Vista, and more.
