What You’ll Receive:$18.50/hour for experienced caregivers
$21–$23/hour for on-call/stand-by shifts (with mileage reimbursement)
Weekly pay via direct deposit
Health, dental, life, and vision insurance (after 90 days – includes Kaiser, Blue Shield, and Mediexcel)
Flexible scheduling built around your availability
Client matching based on your strengths and preferences

Requirements to Apply:At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience
Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
Negative TB test within the past 2 years
Reliable transportation across San Diego County
Basic English communication skills
Smartphone access for documentation and communication
