Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assists Marketing Manager and/or Marketing director with coordination and preparation of responses to Request for Qualifications (RFQs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), and presentation materials in Adobe In Design
• Meets assigned deadlines for all RFQs, RFPs and presentations
• Maintains and develops new relationships with consultants to assist the Pursuit Team in creating the most strategically positioned and technically competent team to win the work
• Supports and maintains the firm’s business development log
• Develops and maintains marketing collateral, including but not limited to project sheets, resumes, presentation slides, newsletters, award submissions, and other marketing materials
• Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
• Interfaces with staff at all levels of the organization as well as clients and partners
• Demonstrates
• Organizes project photography
• Performs research of new opportunities, project/site background, and clients
• Utilizes content management system to maintain/update the firm’s website
• Assists the marketing team with special projects as needed

• BA in Marketing, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Business Administration or related field
• 0-4 years professional work experience
• Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency
